The following is what you will receive with this rental:

4 hours of unlimited photo booth usage. ***
Color or Black and White photos, your guests make the choice.
We print two copies of all photos, one for the Memory Book and the other for your guests.
Free re-prints – Everyone that was in the photo receives a photo strip.
Social Media Station, your guests can post their photos to their personal Facebook page, Twitter posts, or send by Email. We can also set this for #hashtag printing so your guests can print their photos from Instagram or Twitter.  #hashtag printing explained
Black Leather Wrapped Memory Book 11 x 14 Your guests leave you a little note next to their photos.
Prop Box — funny hats, funny glasses, etc.
Slideshow of the photos in real time on an external monitor for your guests to see the fun.
Copies of all photos on a USB memory stick.
All photos posted to our Password Protected online gallery.
On-site attendant to build your Memory Book and to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event.
Custom photo strip border with your names and date added to the bottom of the photo strips.  Samples

Your choice of five different color curtains/backgrounds.

At the end of your event, we will hand you the completed Memory Book as well as the USB stick with all of the photos.


ADDITIONAL ITEMS

10% Military Discount – Must show current military ID.
Additional Photo Strip Holders – $4.00 each.
Magnetic Photo Strip Holders – $4.50 each
Additional Hours – $100.00 per hour

Mileage — We service the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding areas up to a 100 mile radius from Fargo. Anything over the 100 mile radius there is a travel fee of $3.25 per mile.

Cities that are a little over the 100 mile radius might be excluded from the travel fee and would have to be determined by contacting Black Tie Photobooth.
Alexandria MN would be excluded, there is no travel fee to Alexandria MN.


We do not charge for set up and tear down of the photo booth for any
package so you will receive the full time you have rented for.
We will set up 2 – 4 hours before your actual event starts so we do not disturb your guests.

We accept cash, money orders, checks, cashiers checks, credit cards or Paypal.
* A $400.00 non-refundable reservation retainer is required to hold your event date.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the event date.
**State and Local Sales and Use Taxes may apply on rental packages and options.
*** We may need anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes to replace the photo paper or troubleshoot any technical issues that may occur during the rental time.
Black Tie Photobooth, LLC is fully licensed and insured and we also have liability insurance.
